2.1 Booking and Payment

Initial Consultation: The initial consultation is £60, which serves as a deposit. This amount is non-refundable if the client cancels. Bespoke Packages: Full payment for bespoke packages is due upon confirmation of the itinerary. Payment details will be provided after the initial consultation.

2.2 Changes and Cancellations

Client-Initiated Changes: Clients may request changes to their itinerary up to three business days before the scheduled itinerary delivery date. Additional fees may apply for changes made after this cutoff. Cancellations: Cancellations must be submitted via email. Refunds are not available for consultations once conducted or deposits made.

2.3 Deliverables

Itinerary and Resources: Itineraries and resources will be provided within five business days following payment confirmation. Delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control.

Prohibited Activities: Users shall not misuse the website by engaging in any illegal activities, attempting to access unauthorized areas, or posting harmful content.
